Mendota style cutting boards are all handcrafted and created using Maple, Cherry and Walnut wood. All wood used to create these cutting boards are urban or rescued woods from the Madison area.

Boards are finished with Rescued Woodworks Board Butter (Food-safe butcher block oils and locally sourced beeswax.) . Be sure to pick up some board butter here. For additional care instructions please visit FAQ page.
